During a session, you will lie comfortably on a treatment table while gentle pressure is applied at the base of your spine and head. This activates energy flow and helps release accumulated stress and tension.

What to Expect During a Session

Your first session includes a brief evaluation to understand your needs and goals. You will remain fully clothed—simply wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing (avoid shapewear, tight leggings, or jeans, as they interfere with access points).

During the session, light touch is applied to specific spinal and cranial points, encouraging the body’s innate intelligence to remove energetic blockages. Many clients experience energy movement, physical sensations, or emotional releases as stored energy is processed and released.
