Yoga

Yoga classes are by special event only.

 

Shannon teaches Vinyassa, Vin/Yin, Slow Flow Vinyassa, Restorative and Children’s Yoga classes.  Classes are designed so that engaging the mind, body and spirit is possible and the practice itself is its own reward.  Internal awareness is cultivated through breath work, meditation and asanas, also known as poses.  No class is complete without a bit of the amazing energetic benefits that come from the weaving in of Touch for Health.  Meridian tracing, holding meridian points, cross crawl, auricular massage, and working switching points all assist in boosting energy, right and left brain coordination, grounding, and enhance the overall focus of the yoga practice.
