What is HigherCx?
HigherCx Restorative Facilitation is an innovative approach to balancing and resetting the nervous system through using muscle testing and movement to elevate life force energy and support healing on all levels. Together, we can identify areas of dysregulation in your nervous system. The nervous system can be stuck in a dysregulated state because of chronic stress, illness, fight-or-flight, or simply because the day-to-day stress of daily life has not been released from the body. Through recognition, we can release deeply held patterns that may be holding you back. As these patterns are cleared, your nervous system can transition from survival mode to a state of thriving, enabling you to experience greater well-being and vitality.
What to Expect During a Session
HigherCx utilizes Touch for Health Kinesiology, a holistic approach to wellness that taps into your body’s own innate ability to heal itself. We utilize muscle testing, sometimes referred to as Acupressure, as a guide to identify areas in the nervous system needing attention. Throughout the session, as areas are identified, corrections are applied.
The entire process is interactive, and your participation is needed. We believe a client-centered approach empowers you to be the authority over your own healing process. Throughout the session, opportunities exist to develop awareness through tuning into feelings and sensations in your body. This guided process, which may involve physical movement as appropriate, honors your understanding of how your body is operating. Sessions may take place standing, seated, or lying down on the massage table. Sessions last between an hour and a half to two hours—dress comfortably in clothing that allows movement.
When you arrive for your first session, you will bring with you or fill out a questionnaire that will assist in gathering information used during your session.
For clients that have completed 3 HigherCx sessions I am willing to also offer a session that includes an Akashic Record reading along with a HigherCx session. This is a powerful way to heal aspects of our past life that physically and emotionally impact us in this lifetime. If you have questions about this please reach out!
How Many Sessions Will I Need?
While it is possible from one session to experience improvement, most people benefit most from attending three sessions. We can discuss this at your first visit. These sessions are for you, and you decide how many you would like to have.
